I can’t register, because my data has already been registered. What can I do?

This means that you have already successfully registered with betandwin. If you have misplaced or forgotten your login data, just send our customer support team a message with your first and surname, your residential address, your date of birth, and the e-mail address you provided when registering with betandwin.

Please state your reason for writing us in your e-mail, so that our customer support team can get back to you quickly.

The user ID I like has already been assigned. What can I do?

If you have entered a user ID in our database that already exists, our system automatically proposes three alternatives. Either choose one of those alternative user IDs, or try again with a different user ID of your choice (for example, try again with the desired user ID plus a digit at the end).

I keep getting stuck when I try to register. Each time I enter the number sequence, the same registration page reappears. What am I doing wrong?

This problem may be caused by your cache memory being too full. Try deleting your cookies and then fill in the registration form again.

How can I confirm my e-mail address after registration?

Your registration at betandwin is not complete until you have confirmed the e-mail address that you entered in the registration form. We will send a validation e-mail to the e-mail address you entered as soon as you have filled in the form. To confirm your address, simply click on the hyperlink contained in that message.

Once you have successfully logged in, go to my ”My account”/”My profile”/”Personal Details”, click on the appropriate link, and we will send you another validation e-mail to your specified e-mail address. Simply click on the link contained in the e-mail to confirm your address.

Please note that you cannot receive any e-mails from betandwin (e.g. e-mail notifications you have requested, etc.) until your e-mail address has been confirmed. Should you have any general requests, our customer support team will, of course, be happy to help out prior to validation.

Once I have registered, can I still change my personal data later?

Can I register more than once?

No. You can only register once as a customer with betandwin. Once you have successfully completed registration, your information is saved to our database and no further registration is permitted. In the event of a further registration based on false information, betandwin is entitled to close the additional betandwin account. How can I make sure that my registration was successful?

If you have correctly completed all the fields on the registration form, you will be logged in automatically to your betandwin account, and various inpayment options will be displayed. This means that your registration was successful. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail from us, which allows you to validate the e-mail address you specified by clicking on the link.

I don’t want to deposit money right after registration. Do I have to?

You don’t need to make a deposit immediately. You may make a deposit whenever you like by using the “In/Outpayments” option.
